Omnichannel Chat Widget Settings

Hi everyone!

These past months, our team has been super busy crafting something new – the Omnichannel Chat Widget.

The widget works with Inbox and allows people to talk to businesses live on their website. It enables engagement in an easier and personal way and facilitates seamless communication on any channel available.

After signing up to MessageBird, users can install and configure the widget to match their business needs.

Currently anyone can customise the widget to reflect their branding, add channels, embed the widget on their chosen domains, automate interactions (using Flow Builder) and we’re not stopping here!

We’re working closely with customers to make sure we’re improving and building relevant features that are clear and easy to use.
